Limited Release 2011
The limited release line is selected from farms in specific growing regions. These farms have microclimates and agronomy practices that produce lively coffees with distinctive flavours, unique to the region. Farmers select only the ripest coffee cherries to enhance sweetness and brightness in the cup.

We craft roast with light-medium profiles to bring out the best of the coffees intrinsic qualities, preserving the most natural sugars and aromatic oils in the bean. This approach leads to a clean, lively and sweet, multi-dimensional cup of coffee.
