“Mountain Water Process”

This water is from the glaciers of the Pico de Orizaba Mountain in Mexico. This Mountain Water Process preserves the original characteristics of aroma and flavor of the green coffee bean. Our green beans float in this water where the caffeine gets filtered out leaving the natural oils that then get returned to the coffee to ensure its great aroma and flavor. Our process results in our decaf being 99.9% caffeine free.
