OUR STATE OF THE ART PACKAGINGOur coffee is packaged immediately from the roasters into our state of the art packaging with a 1 way freshness valve. Fresh roasted coffee gives off twice its volume in CO2 in the 48 hours after roasting. You either "stale" the coffee so you can put it in a regular bag or vacuum pack or you use a one way valve bag. Another good thing about putting fresh roasted coffee in a 1 way valve is that the CO2 drives out the oxygen and therefore protects flavour. All of our coffees are certified organic and certified Fair Trade. They are selected for their premium quality and stored, roasted, blended and packaged to maintain that quality.
