This blend of Costa Rican and Nicaraguan beans is roasted medium, it has nice rounded berry flavours and a rich aftertaste. The name relates to the artisanal direction that Just Us! and many farmers and co-ops that we work with are taking. It is a coffee cultural revolution that recognizes the value of quality relationships and quality in the cup.

This Costa Rican single-origin reserve is light roasted to bring out field berry and

wine-like flavours. It has a lively body and a toffee finish. This lot was yellow
honey-processed on the farm, meaning that a controlled amount of fruit was left
on the green beans during processing and drying to accentuate sweetness in the
cup.
