This Costa Rican single-origin reserve is light roasted to bring out field berry and
wine-like flavours. It has a lively body and a toffee finish. This lot was yellow
honey-processed on the farm, meaning that a controlled amount of fruit was left
on the green beans during processing and drying to accentuate sweetness in the
cup.

This blend of Costa Rican and Nicaraguan beans is roasted medium, it has nice rounded berry flavours and a rich aftertaste. The name relates to the artisanal direction that Just Us! and many farmers and co-ops that we work with are taking.
