CUSTOM BLENDING/ROASTING
We offer custom blending and roasting services to our wholesale accounts. Let’s talk about what coffee would best fit your needs.
SHIPPING
We Roast to order. This means that once your order is in the system (no more than 24 hours after receiving it) we will roast and ship it to you. When there is a special coffee order this may be delayed by 24 hours. LET THE ORDER DESK KNOW WHEN YOU ARE EXPECTING IT AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
COFFEE CONSULTATION
When you become a wholesale account, we give free consultation to your staff on how to correctly prepare delicious coffee. Our staff is always available to answers questions on our product and its preparation.

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 9am – 4:30pm Atlantic Standard time (We have two people on our Order Desk during business hours, if you don't get an answer they are serving another customer. Please leave a message and they will get back to you within the hour) (After hours please leave a message and we will call you back the next day).

Shipping Information:
All mail order shipping is sent via Canada Post. Shipping rates are provided automatically when ordering online, based on weight and destination. When ordering by phone you will be advised of the shipping amount.
We reserve the right to ship chocolate products only during favourable shipping/weather conditions.
Payment Methods:
Visa, Master Card & American Express accepted at time of order placement. All orders are pre-authorized at time of ordering. The actual charge goes through when the order gets packed and shipped or ready for pick up.

RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY
Please notify Just Us! of any errors (eg. damaged or missing goods) in your order within 48 hours of arrival. No returns or claims will be accepted after this time. Note with the delivery courier if your order arrives damaged. When signing for order, make certain that all pieces are received. If anything is missing, please let the delivery courier know.
